I just can't seem to be fucking right now can I?

it doesn't matter what i say or what i complain about, it never feels like i'm truly right, it nevers feels like i'm truly validated, there's always a "but". i genuinely hate this, it makes me not want to say anything ever again, because what's the fucking point? why fucking bother? i'm gonna be wrong anyway, i'm never going to be right.

and you might say, 'imagine not being able to take criticism', and that's not the thing, or at least i don't think it is. it's alright if it's here and there, but when it's every fucking thing i say or complain about, it gets tiresome, especially when it's everyone saying it. i just wish i were right for once. i wish i got told for once that the thing i'm complaining about is right, without any buts, without any 'it is what it is'. and i don't want it to be said blindly so i just shut up, i want people to say it and mean it.

this comes because i wanted to buy a peridot plushie off of youtooz, but i saw they didn't have it anymore, and it would never be restocked again. it pissed me the hell off because i think it's a bullshit, subhuman, scummy way of doing things that takes advantage of consumers. i rightfully complain about it, and it feels like for the first time i'm right, but no. there was an 'erm ackshually' involved. as if i wasn't already fucking aware.

like no, kiki, you didn't have to reply with three voice messages telling me 'everyone does it, it is what it is', because it's as if you think i don't know that. it's basic fucking common sense. of course every business wants money. no fucking shit sherlock. not only that, but you also fucking defend that scummy practice. what the fuck. and no, mia, i'm not being childish, and you didn't give me a 'reality check'. you sent a text telling me things take time to make and ship (as if i didn't fucking know that either), when that's not what's upsetting me, and i just fucking complained that the way youtooz does things is shitty, and insulted them because they deserve it.

like put yourselves in my fucking shoes, imagine if there was a character you really liked from a show you really like, and that this is the first piece of merch from this character that you can realistically get your hands on, only to see that not only is it sold out, but the company that had the merch is a piece of shit that takes advantage of their consumers and never restocks. you'd be fucking pissed too right? so then let me fucking have this. don't tell me that everyone does this or that it is what it is, i ask you to have two fucking eyes and see how much of a piece of shit they are for doing this. it's not that fucking hard to have a bit of common sense, and see and reject this shitty and scummy business practice.

Okay, this whole FNAF 6 wave from YouTooz has been weighing on my mind a lot more than it probably should. So I’m making this post to clear said mind, then (try to) patiently wait for the official announcement.

My main rambling is below the cut, but thd TL;DR is: I’m fairly confident about two out of the three characters, but the third one is an absolute mystery to me. I have my guesses, but it really could go anywhere. (Maybe I should wait for the Hex FNAF 6 wave before thinking I can finally get merch of a certain character, idk at this point. At least it’s confirmed all four Salvaged animatronics are getting plushies…)

We know that there are three figurines in this lineup, three plushies are set to also release as Hot Topic exclusives, and one of the three has already gotten their figurine teased (that being Lefty).

If this upcoming wave is the closest thing we’ll get to a Salvage/Scrap animatronics wave, then I’m confident Lefty and Scrap Baby will be two of the three characters we’ll see. The real question (personally) is whether it’ll be Scraptrap or Molten Freddy as the third character.

If the hypothetical “Scrap Wave” plushies are to match the figurines, then I’d say Molten Freddy has a higher chance. YouTooz has expressed interest in making a figurine of him in the past (iirc), and his figurine design on Community has more votes than Scraptrap’s. On the other hand, Molten Freddy’s plushie might be tricky to manufacture with all of the leftover animatronic eyeballs he’s got. It can be done, sure, but everyone might need some more time to work out a solution to that problem.

Scraptrap, meanwhile, does have the advantage (?) of being memed on and being redesigned by folks on the internet several times. This has caused him to be talked about more than Molten Freddy (as far as I’ve seen, at least), which YouTooz could take as a sign to actually give him merch. YouTooz has done meme-y merch before, even going so far as to actually bother to make a watermelon-themed variant of Phantom Chica for a plush. He’s also easier to manufacture; save for his bone arm or the wonky eyelid. The only thing that he could be assumed to be unpopular enough to not get anything official (at this time).

…There is also the wild possibility of Helpy from FNAF 6 being the third character because (1) he’s fairly popular and (2) he’s one of the easiest character to manufacture out of the game’s roster. It’s a lower chance, sure, but I really shouldn’t rule that out. Especially since Funko already made him into a plush when the game was brand new.

At the end of the day, all I know is that I’ll personally feel some form of closure once all three characters are announced. Dunno if it’ll be a satisfying or “back to the waiting room” kind of feeling, but at least I can probably stop speculating until next year by then.
