This turned in to a rant.

I miss the early the days of YouTube (2007ish) when you actually made friends with other YouTubers, nowadays other YouTubers are more like celebrities and I just got left behind in the dust #IWillAlwaysBeOneOftheOriginalYouTubersTho I'm talking about the days where everyone had a small channel but then YouTube became more of a sensation where people actually get paid for it now and have much huger channels and in some cases are celebrities. Whereas I just got left behind everyone else somehow. I've been a YouTuber since late 2006. I was a YouTube Dubber (mostly) and I used to make friends with other YouTube Dubbers, add them on MSN and become friends with them and we would work on videos together. But now everyone's a fucking celebrity and have huge followings you can't get to know and make friends with any other YouTubers anymore. They're "just a YouTuber". Bitch, I'm a YouTuber too. Since 2006.

I honestly think I need to hear another singing voice that is not mine right now because of this hellish recording session I had. /headdesks Anyway, this turned out to be the result, and I hope you are satisfied with it. Still trying to find a song for my Halloween cover though. /laughs

When you have a dad who loves musicals, you have to jump on the bandwagon for atleast a while. /laughs

Nah, but really. Les Misérables was the first musical I ever liked if we're excluding Sweeney Todd, because it just sounds beautiful and makes you shed a tear. [My personal favourite musical is The Phantom of the Opera though, but shh that's not part of this. /laughs]

I can't really relate to Éponine though. It's kinda odd, but I think the main reason people prefer Éponine more than Cosette is because of the fact that there are thousands of teenage girls that relate to her due to her love problems. That just hurts a lot because yes, I too have gone through that but I don't want to take a bullet for that asshole I fell in love with now, do I? I would rather let her die. [The love interest, not 'Ponine. If you take this in the wrong way, sorry.]

Ah, I went off-track. Anyway, I'm going to perform this song on my school graduation in english, and I have a feeling that my dad will record it, so I might upload it to my Youtube later on. Let us hope I don't back out as I did last year. /laughs

I took references from not only Samantha's performance, but also from Kaho Shimada, who portrayed 'Ponine in the 1994 Japanese Red Cast. So I kind of sound a bit different here than usual due to Kaho's high pitch. I'm proud with the result anyway, ahahah~.

My, it's unusual for me to cover something this upbeat right? It's kind of like a fresh start after all the things I went through last year. Maybe I'll delete some covers I wasn't pleased with to celebrate this new start? /shrugs
