Mark said what he meant and meant what he said. His enthusiasm was intoxicating. His willingness to help, infectious. His love of God, country and family— amazing. Mark was a builder; someone who helped heal, and a constant for others. Some say people like this are rare. They are. Mark made the world a better place.
