AU where YQY had the System and when he tried to go off script (saving SJ), the System punished him by making him go thru a Qi Deviation and return too late to save SJ from the Qiu, and then only let him meet him again at the conference. He wanted to tell SJ why he couldn’t go back, but how can he explain that some omnipotent being is controlling him w/o sounding insane? So he is only able to do what the System allows him to. When SY transmigrates, YQY Knows SJ is dead cuz the system told him.

Continuation of the system!YQY: YQY spends all his points to rewrite SJ’s fate. However, as the System was checking the changes, they noted that it would be impossible to implement the changes unless they change the fundamental character of SJ. They ask YQY if he would want to change SJ’s character, and he says no. So the System fixes it by replacing SJ entirely, and telling YQY after the fact. Now YQY has to live everyday looking into SQQ’s eyes and knowing its not SJ, and he’s gone bc of him.
