★ Salman Khan turns the heat on at YRF studios !
Esha Razdan | Aug 09, 2012
It was quite a chaotic evening at Yash Raj Studios while Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were all set to promote their forthcoming venture 'Ek Tha Tiger'. But, things went beserk when he ordered to switch off the air-conditioner.
According to the sources, media persons were stranded in the queue for one on one interaction with Salman-Kat. They were quite willing to do so as Salman turns out to be worth a wait.
But, they started losing patience as soon as Salman directed to turn off the ac. The superstar later in an interaction with Daily Bhaskar cited the reason for the inconvenience. "I'm suffering from cold and flu from last two days. I still have not recovered so; I requested to switch off the ac."
The actor soon however switched to Ek Tha Tiger about which he is ecstatic. He elaborates on how the script was so intriguing that he couldn’t refuse to be a part of it. He further adds, “Ek Tha Tiger unlike my other films is different in terms of screenplay. It is like a life-story of two people in a flow and not just frames.”
So, is it a ‘War for Love’ or ‘War for Nation’? He quickly replies, “It is a love story so calling it war for love would be apt. I strongly believe that Indian filmmakers can’t fall flat as far as genre of romance is concerned. It’s actually the love story in all my previous films be it Wanted, Dabangg, Ready or Bodyguard which has worked wonders for the film. Love always rules and everything is a backdrop.”
When probed about how does he manage to be so humble despite string of super successful films, his ex-ladylove and present co-star Katrina Kaif sitting next to him interrupts and concludes, “Audience’s attitude towards him after success has changed. He has not changed a bit.”
