Excited Kitty, here! My products from America turned up over the weekend - sadly a flair-up meant that I couldn't get them out right away, but, this morning, I've managed to snap some photos! A HUGE thanks to my grandad for both the Caticorn duvet set he brought me during his visit from the USA, when we went shopping & for sending over the #YSL products over! Unfortunately, they didn't arrive in time for my grandad to bring with him, due to the fact YSL'S system cancelled my order a day before it was due to arrive & didn't let me know - I'd even paid for 2 day shipping, so it'd arrive in time. Despite this, I have to give a personal shout out to @yslbeauty thanking them for their fantastic USA customer service team. They managed to salvage my cancelled order, send it out & comp the entire amount! So, in the end I might have had to wait a little longer & my grandad had to go to more trouble to get the items over to me, but it worked out to a really great deal, plus I had some extra money for our shopping trip. 😻 I can't help but feel if that a lot of other companies over here in the UK should take note of how to correct their mistakes - saying that, a similar problem happened with a Sephora order in the states & they did nothing to reconcile it! So, I've not ordered from them since! I would happily order from YSL again though - especially if they want to comp any more orders. 😽 So, I can't wait to try these little pretty's out & add them to their respective collections - photos soon to come!
