Shin x Sou's sister reader pt.1
Pre death game
Your brother was...weird. You enjoyed his company, but sometimes he could be much.
When he told you about a new friend you were relieved. Until he started to act weird towards him too. Almost predatory. It worried you.
When Shin was over, you mostly stayed in your room, only occasionaly going out of it to get something to eat or use the toilet and exchanging the usual silent hi.
Then one day Sou forced you to "take care" of Shin while he was away, to make sure he wouldn't do anything to his room. He was...weird, but an enjoyable kind of weird. You talked and exchanged phone numbers.
You started to talk more and more, you even managed to make him go out and have fun. But one day, when you two were coming back from a party, you suddenly blacked out.
First Trial
You laid down, strapped to a wall with chains strapped to your ribs (basically the angel trap from Saw, not feeling like coming up with new traps) You saw a key on the other side of the room, then you heard grumbling from next to you. What was happening? You looked over at the person and it was...Shin? Then suddenly a voice erupted from the speakers on the walls.
Welcome to your first trial. The one strapped to a wall will have their ribs ripped out and as consequence die, unless the other person gets the key from the box on the other side of the room. If the person fails to get it, both will be executed.
You were shocked to hear that. Shin started running, but then you noticed that there was a string pulling him back. You tried to reach out and break it, but you couldn't, due to your wrists being strapped to a wall. Shin barely got the key, but at least he succeded. He quickly freed you and you both ran out of the room. Then you fell, and landed on something...soft? You felt your head becoming heavy and you finally dozed off.
You woke up after you...didn't know how long, due to pretty loud talking from other people. You looked around. So many different people...You could notice that the two taking charge were the tall blond and the girl in the uniform. Suddenly you felt someone grab your arm.
- She's awake! - said the person behind you. It was a boy, younger than you, wearing the same uniform as the girl, just the blazer unbuttoned.
- Well why don't we do introductions. I'll start. I'm Keiji Shinogi, your friendly policeman. - You quickly looked over at Shin. It seemed he gave both of you bad vibes. But at least he got the others to talk. So far your rag tag group of victims was really diverse. A football player, two high school students, one art student, one teacher, two kids. Then it was your turn.
- Y/N. I'm just a university student, part timer in the local café- You didn't know why, but something told you not to use your last name. You didn't trust them enough. And who knows what your brother was doing. You looked over at Shin, the only person left. When he opened his mouth, you were shocked at his audacity.
- Sou Hiyori, a job hopper.- You look at him, trying to hide your bewilderment, but the school girl, Sara, noticed. Although she didn't say anything. You were grateful for that. You couldn't have explained it all. Then it was time for the second kid. Bucket head. Sara started questioning her about her trial. You couldn't believe your ears. Holy shit. Someone died here. This isn't some hidden camera prank. Everyone looked shaken. Suddenly Keiji changed the topic and decided to ask if anyone found any items. Q-Taro had a box, which made everyone realise that they all had different first trials. The group didn't dwell on it too long as the box had to be opened. Sara, Nao, Mishinima and now unconscious Kanna had a key from their first trial. Perfect. Keiji opened the box but didn't want to tell anyone what was inside. Well Sara looked, and accidentally knocked it over, making the human head inside it roll right under your feet. You jumped back, frightened and stumbled onto Kai, the young homemaker. He managed to catch you but he also looked shocked. None of you expect there to be a head...Suddenly Shin realised that it's just a doll and decided to enlighten everyone with the new knowledge. When everyone calmed down, Keiji noticed a letter, asking you to find the dolls other body parts. Well...time to explore. You decided to split up. You decided to go with Kai, you trusted him. You liked quiet people. They always were a nice alternative to your brother.
As you and Kai went to the café area, you didn't notice anything suspicious. Nothing on the tables or under them. The kitchen was locked, but oh well. You didn'texpect everything to be available. You kneeled and looked under the table cloth of one of the tables. You noticed something...after picking it up and inspecting it, you realised it was a card. It read "commoner". Huh.
