#yua notes

I wish I could put my whole Yua blurbs on here but really... All I can place is this one-

Absols has been leaning towards being vegetarian. The general dislike of causing physical harm to others is relatively high. Will be scavagers if left with no options but Yua isn't like this, and would rather starve.

"There is…" The Absol inhaled deeply, squeezing their eyes shut. "There was someone very precious to you… This is why you stay?"

The Serpent stared at the Absol intensely. Grief plastered over his face. 

Like a whip, the serpentine tail coiled around the Absol's frame, constricting. "Who… WHO TOLD YOU THIS WHELP?!"

"No one!" The Young Absol gasped, lungs desperate for air. Their claws found no purchase against the serpent's tail. They were helpless to his grip, coils ever tightening. 

"Impossible!" A venomous hiss. "No one knows of her death except I and yet you managed to uncover this! Tell me! Tell me or you will find yourself in the lake bed with no one the wiser!" 

"I-I." They paused, gasping for much needed air. "I ca-n see! See her!"

The intense glow to their eyes.

The young Absol saw the scene play out before their eyes.

Images of the past fluttered around them and they cried. They cried their heart out unable to stop them.

They didn't deserve this.

"Stop it! Leave them alone!" They wailed. They pushed and shoved, claws phasing through the apparitions.

Make it stop...!

The fascination with flowers

It began with their mother

When their father was sick.

She was left with myths and legends to go off of. Berries, herbs didn't seem to work on their father

So she heard of this Flower Cresselia tended to, filled with dreams, ideals, hope, it would make one's most feverish dream become real.

She never found it however.

Not that I'm saying Yua totally didn't use to prance around like a kid happily those ears flopping about

Thinks about Yua Mother

A rough shiny Absol but she means well

She lost her husband after she had her last child. He fought for them, loved them but became ill and didn't survive when the winter hit.

She became callous however. She sought help for her ill ridden mate, none wanted to help, humans scared her off, they feared the Absol in the deeper reaches of Sinnoh, an bad omen.

Yua was merely a kid, they didn't really grasp the concept.

Simply one day, dad did not wake up to do the morning grooming ritual he typically did.

Being the youngest, they were blissfully ignorant, huddled close to their siblings who held them close as their mother silently handled the rest.

I know for a fact Yua does carry a small satchel

They always store up for every journey,

Sitrus berries, cheri, peacha, ( wouldn't believe how many peachas Yua has )

The bitter roots, (bleh they hate them but they take it )
