Subaru didn’t expect anything from her, in fact; he was too busy to make a proper present by himself and had to buy roses as a plan B. “Thanks a lot..” He smiled as he accepted the chocolate, a hint of sadness behind it. The brunet felt as is he’d embarrass himself if giving her the bouquet of roses, so he hid it behind his back. “I’m really glad you made it for me, but you didn’t have to. Still thanks, I’ll try some later.”
