Yuliia is talkative and she probably talks to fill the silence just out of habit.  She’s a nanny so she essentially talks to kids and babies all day regardless of whether or not they respond.  She has distressingly strong maternal instincts and I imagine her fixing up scrapes and other minor injuries with kisses and baby talk until she’s asked to stop at which point she gets very embarrassed.
