These vegan cake batter truffles are a tasty treat that doesn't need to be baked and tastes just like cake batter. If you want to satisfy your sweet tooth in a better way, these are great!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup vegan sprinkles.
Instructions: Pulse rolled oats in a food processor until they are very small. Vanilla extract, maple syrup, almond flour, and melted coconut oil should all be added. Pulse until everything is well mixed and a dough forms. Put the dough in a bowl and add the vegan sprinkles. Roll the dough into small balls about the size of truffles with your hands. The truffles should be put on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to get firm. Have fun with these tasty vegan cake batter truffles!
