Ugh. @yuramiau and I both have colds. I guess this is not surprising though. My mouth is on him so much, you'd be right in assuming he's my fa-*cut off by a round of hacking and coughing and working up of throat mucus*

Wow, what an event! If the short alone was any sign for what will happen during the free. It’s so late here, but it was so worth it! I can’t wait for the free tomorrow.

WHY ARE YOU SO SAPPY? ~ yuramiau
“Because I’m in love with my husband, obviously.”
@yuramiau
For the 200 Followers celebration!
I asked you lot for prompts and I only got one XD So here is the fill for @anxious-katsudon. I hope you like it.
“When did it start raining?” Otabek asked as he watched out the front window of the small Russian bakery. Yuri, who was staring intently at all the different cakes and pastries behind the counter, swiftly turned his attention to his best friend and then to the street outside. Indeed, it started raining the moment they got inside the shop.
Otabek had gone to Saint Petersburg to visit him for a couple of weeks and it overlapped with Nikolai’s birthday. As it was custom, Yuri had prepared a great meal and everything was already set for dinner at the old man’s apartment, the only thing missing the birthday cake. The blond had ordered it in advance, wanting everything to be perfect; yet half an hour ago he had received a call from the bakery saying there had been a problem with the orders and the cake had been sold. Had it been a different day and Otabek not being near, Yuri would have told the employee every single curse word in every language he knew. But Beka was around, so he breathed deeply and decided to be polite for a change. That implied agreeing to the employee’s suggestion of getting a different cake, and the Kazakh had offered to take him on his bike (a rented one, despite his wish of traveling everywhere with his own).
That left them exactly where they were, with Yuri looking for another cake and Otabek observing calmly the lively bakery. It was twelve minutes before seven pm, if the dark clock on the opposite wall was to be trusted; it didn’t hurt to check his cellphone, the older boy thought as he confirmed the hour. Yuri’s grandfather was supposed to get back home after seven, which didn’t give them much time to pick the cake and get back in time to surprise the man.

“Yurio!” Viktor called out cheerfully as he finally spotted the teen. “If I wouldn’t know better, I would say that you’re avoiding me.”
Hi! This is a small message to let you know I appreciate you are following me. Thank you and I hope you have a beautiful day! ~ yuramiau

What is a Family?
@yuramiau Otabek had woken up filled with excitement and overloaded with nerves. It was the day, the very important day that would determine quite a lot of things between him and his family. It was the day his parents, probably his sister, and his crazy aunt at least would meet Otabek. Since they knew they were meeting his 'important friend', he knew there might be a couple of other folks invited to the family home. He hadn't dressed in anything too formal. He put on a nice pair of jeans, a dark green shirt, and a black vest. He had made sure his tops weren't wrinkled and were lint brushed, at least. His hair was styled as if he were going out on the ice, because he knew how much his mother liked that. He had put on a necklace with a little piece of black tourmaline hanging from it, something he had picked up long ago in Canada during his first week away from family. After that, it was gathering up Yuri and securing what his wonderful boyfriend had cooked on the back of his motorcycle. He had carried much bulkier things and it was no trouble at all to bring a little something. It woul not be a long ride. His parents lived in the Kalkaman District, part of the Almaty region. So, they weren't as near as right downtown but so close that he didn't feel the need to speed there. In fact, Otabek took a lazy, slower route just to give Yuri a little view of the area around him. He may as well show him every part of his home city.
