Ok so my reasons for shipping these two. I think if Yuri would have had any romantic feelings to anyone in the game it be Judith. The two of them work and have the right chemistry. Judith is probably one of the only people who could put up with all the crap Yuri dose. Plus Yuri already accepts all the things Judith has done. Not to mention their personalities blend well each other.
