Tales of Vesperia has i think a pretty clever way of giving us all the world's lore without being annoying, and that's by having everyone's special interest be different: You got a future queen who studied geopolitics and history since she's a kid, a teen obsessed with tech and will use every excuse to boost herself while saying "duh this is common knowledge", a human shield who's been thrown at monsters for at least a full year, a shady man in the alleyway who knows all about secret passages and underground activities, and an anarchist. Truly the party ever.
