The owner/builder of this unusual home, with a sale of $129,000 pending, calls it a tri-centric yurt. Well, there are 3 buildings, but it’s not a yurt in the purest sense. I’d say it’s more of a hybrid.
The kitchen’s been very well-used- look how worn the floor is.
The furniture is unusual and must’ve been hand built by the owner, too. Look at the kitchen seating- you kneel as you eat. (And, yes, I know it’s supposed to be ergonomic for bad backs, but I didn’t find it at all comfortable.)
The living space goes around the perimeter, but there’s also an area in the middle. It looks a little disjointed and I wonder why he didn’t hide the electrical wiring.
The bathroom doesn’t look particularly finished.
Here’s maybe a home office (notice yet another chair- the whole family must like ergonomics).
I’m not sure what this is- maybe hot water?
This appears to be some sort of storage area.
And, here’s an outdoor pottery studio. This is a very unusual home.
