after a lot of thought (and a lot of real life catching up to us), we've made the difficult decision to officially close lemondrop as an active roleplay.
the past few months have been heavier and busier than we anticipated, and as much as we love this space, we can't give it the consistency and attention it deserves anymore. rather than stretching ourselves thin, we want to close this chapter with honesty and gratitude.
to everyone who's been here — whether you joined last week or have been with us since day one — thank you. truly.
and especially to those who poured into this space from the very beginning, who stuck through every event, every activity check, every chaotic group chat spiral — you built this bar with us. you gave it life, flavor, and warmth.
for 9 whole months, lemondrop was buzzing with threads, movie nights, inside jokes, spontaneous chemistry, and the kind of community you can't manufacture. that doesn't disappear just because we're stepping down.
we will not be deleting or closing the groups. the space will remain open so you can continue writing, interacting, and keeping your connections alive if you wish to. the bar lights may be dimmer, but the doors aren't locked.
