what is the most embarrassing thing you have ever done?

I got stuck in a tree one time. The branches were covered in vines and I couldn't reach my sword to cut myself free. I had to get assistance from the townsguard. And then when they did free me, I couldn't catch myself and ended up breaking my nose. Again.

It was miserable.
