I absolutely love how L confirms Nihil Light is basically a Z Move. Because of course it is. It transforms a signature move into something stronger. It's a flashy, over dramatic, extremely busted move. Zygarde went to Alola, saw them and said bet. And it can be used multiple times. Mega Zygarde truly encapsulates everything broken about both mechanics and I love it
Favorite special gimmick in Pokemon? It can be for either lore or gameplay reasons.

It's still Mega Evolution for me, and it's purely for the lore reasons and connection to the Ultimate Weapon that I just find darkly interesting. (Like, Mega Evolution having some nasty effects makes a lot of sense considering that origin. It was energy that was generated by the suffering of Pokemon that created the Mega Stones, and I'm betting we'll get more on that in ZA since I've been predicting rogue Megas being our Noble or Alpha Mon equivalents.)
Say Alola to Z-Forms! Some Pokémon with unique Z-Moves are also changing their form during battle! Pikachu, Eevee and Mew are among the first Z-Form discoveries. Which other Pokémon have Z-Forms? Keep an eye out for some more or go out and discover some yourself!
