rewatching stranger things with my mom for shits and giggles and im struggling to realize why i ever liked eddie. he's been trying to graduate for what? three years now? sells drugs and is just weirder than weird.
like he is literally a fucking super senior that only hangs with high schoolers who become dependent on him bc he makes himself appear 'cool' to them.
which is why i thoroughly believe that steve didn't like him, not cause he was jealous, but cause steve knew eddie. eddie was already 1-2 grades above him. steve would know who he is cause it's assumed that he's the main drug dealer at the high school; meaning steve got his drugs (well technically just weed bc he swears thats all he's had in season 3). sure, steve hangs with high schoolers, but at least he sees his best friends as people a grade under him and sees those WAY younger as siblings more than friends and 'followers' that eddie does.
idk. this is prolly weird and makes no sense but i honestly just don't understand the craze and love for him happened. he's literally a fucking loser who won't really achieve much in life.
