Update on my rat Zeb is no longer named Zeb. I bought a rat marked as male who also appeared to have room for testes However, it turns out my rat has a vagina, as discovered when the other males they were housed with started breeding with them... A little research later, my rat is intersex. We are pretty sure that the female organs are fertile, but the penis and testes are non-functional but they are there. Sooo... My rat is named Mulan/Ping. We use she/her for them as well but thats for simplicitys sake... She appears to be equally wanting to have sex with the males AND females, too. In short: i have an intersex, pansexual rat. It was truly destiny.
