and the best part? water-casting feedback is lower than my resistance, so not only can I use water how I like without penalty, it actually heals me past the maximum, granting me 17.5% of my load-out's max health for a few seconds, every single time I use water-based skills, meaning i can potentially heal 1/6th and a bit of my health, roughly every 20 seconds.
