For reference, the idea here is that Zael was trying to destroy Thyneron's absurdly, stupidly fancy clothes, because Zael has (rightly) perceived that Thyneron is a spineless coward that will flip loyalties to the highest bidder

but I'm with Thyneron on this, if a beautiful man came up to me and started trying to cut my clothes off, I would NOT assume he was looking to upset me
