The man was standing by the railing in the moment when Darcy noticed him and Darcy stopped for a moment, not sure even herself why, and just watched him. How would he react, what he would do?
What did she do so far? Panic right out of the gate, thankfully Seline was there to calm her, and then since then, did she do anything actually productive? They needed to get out of here - the ship was not actively tilting right now, but they couldn't be sure it would not start up again.
As the thought crossed her mind, almost as if the man could read her thoughts, Darcy could see him swing a leg and no, oh no, they needed to get out of here, but not like this and she was immediately moving towards him, hands out, "No, no, hey, no, please, do not jump, that's not a good idea. It isn't going to lead to anything good, please. There are other ways off of here, there has to be, okay?"
