Meet Zap!
My newest, and first, proper DCA OC! He is a Sun who has been separated from his Moon. He was improperly decommissioned, and awoke in the basement of the plex. Running low on power, he broke into a charging station for that delicious electric goo. After living off this goo for quite a bit of time, as well as repairs made using what was around, his appearance has become quite... shocking.
He's long forgotten who he used to be. And believes the Daycare to be closed. He does not know that it is being run by his Moon. He believes he killed his Moon when he fried his circuits, drinking the forbidden power juice.
Now he lives his best life in the basement of the plex. Chewing on wires and being a general menace. He's ultimately harmless. As long as you don't touch him. You may get quite a zap!
