this is a whispery post.

i've been having a pretty rough week (already) and been feeling really down. my job has become challenging (to put kindly), my work/life balance is non-existant because i can't turn my brain off, ever, and i've become bogged down with worry. about EVERYTHING. worry and fear. last night was the tipping point. after crying and praying i spent another sleepless night feeling really low. this morning i woke up to this post from a coworker i am friendly with but don't know very well. i am blown away by his kind and honest words. sometimes help comes from unexpected places.
