put it this way, desi people get bullied and outcasted for their culture, ie. bindis and their food, but when white people do it it's hip, it's exotic. I cannot even begin to tell you how they feel when they see people getting praised for something that's theirs and they get stomped down and shouted out for it. That's why people are angry about cultural appropriation. And "white culture" isnt jeans and mcdonalds and watching tv.
Im sorry if what i said is offensive, i never wanted to offend anyone. i just didnt understand and thought people were overreacting about this. but now they call me bitch just because a damn post.
