hey,can i have the recipe for that lemon herb chicken? Love your blog btw 😘

ahh thank you <3 It’s really simple! I don’t use exact quantities btw I just do everything to taste.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast, diced

fresh lemon juice

fresh herbs (dried will work though, but it’s not as nice. You can always freeze fresh herbs though so there’s no waste): Thyme, parsley and rosemary 

garlic, crushed

olive oil

Basically just mix the juice, oil, herbs and garlic together and marinade the chicken in it for ~10 minutes (or longer if you want your chicken really lemony)

bung it all into a saucepan, cover and cook until the chicken is white through. 

It works really well with rice or couscous.
