I just love his backstory and how he's so determined to grow stronger and stronger, yet he cares for his family and the few he holds close to his heart. And I want to be one of those people that he can let his guard down while I'm around.

Just imagine. Patching him up after he gets home from a battle. Occasionally fighting alongside him. Mastering other weapons because he insists that I be able to protect myself in any situation (even though he also says he'll be there to fight for me). Cooking with him, or sitting on the kitchen counter as he cooks and occasionally presses quick kisses to my lips. Him laughing at me when my fingers always go cold and I whine for him to help warm them up for me.
