My first encounter with Yes Man in New Vegas was a jumpscare. Somehow he had moved to side out of sight and scared the shit out of me when I turned around.

Rusty likes guns, but most are too heavy and he hates carrying them. Instead his guitar is modded to be a blunt weapon and he's got a pistol on his hip and in his boot.
