while reading i have this kinda way: i'm drowned deeply in the ocean of words, live and breathe and feel and be up and down as the characters do.
then i will be stucked inside it for a while, depends on how strong my feelings for them, the stories stay with me after i finish them in many ways that i can't stop, it makes me feel blue sometimes or suddenly smile or laugh alone in the other times.
it's good for a reader, right? so why complain?
the only con side of it maybe i haven't read lots of short stories collections, simply i couldn't.
jumping from this life to another in a moment is overload for me, i really mean it, sometimes i try to read, and after one piece, i will pause, shake my head, try to think about something else, as hilarious/funny/irrelevant as possible, try to trick my mind from the thing i've just lived, so i can continue. that's why i spend longer time reading short stories than a novel.
i always keep wondering and admiring (i really mean it, too) the one who claimed to fall in love with more than one at a time (or they don't, at all?). it's really hard for me, so much effort and care and affection and focus needed. how come you just jump from this to another like a stair switch, the ones can turn on a light from both sides, the love can afford for both different special ones.
i'm still drowning here, reading "nước mỹ, nước mỹ".
