Thời điểm thu hoạch hơi muộn, vào khoảng giữa tháng 10. Quá trình lên men diễn ra 70% thời gian trong thùng gỗ sồi, 30% thời gian trong thùng thép không gỉ và thêm 12 tháng trong chai trước khi đưa ra thị trường. Rượu vang có màu chanh tươi với ánh vàng nhẹ cùng hương thơm thanh nhã và phảng phất hương thơm các loài hoa, cam quýt và hoa quả ngoại lai. Rượu có mùi vị đậm đà, cân bằng và có vị khoáng. Với cấu trúc ổn định, tannin cân bằng và axít vừa phải, hương vị rượu kéo dài, lưu luyến trong suốt bữa ăn. 𝗭𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮 𝗗𝗢𝗖 dường như chiều lòng được tất cả thực khách bởi chất lượng tuyệt hảo của nó. Rượu kết hợp hoàn hảo cùng các món ăn từ hải sản, phô mai hay cá hồi. Wine #2 - 2007 @zenato_winery Alberto Veneto IGT - a 10th anniversary of this Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A powerful expression of these international varieties. 11 years in and this is a showstopper; 15% abv with notes of dried plum, molasses, vanilla and sweet tobacco. It is full throttle and rich but maintains enough acidity to keep it as close to balance as it can be.
