i haven’t posted art in 6 months srry😞 im back in my zzz era like crazy tho (more art under cut)

meddly has… undergone drastic changes since the last time i drew them and lighter about a year or so ago? but i’m much happier w them like this!! it’s been rlly fun being lighter piled again😚😚 i’m just gonna ramble a little abt then here if ur curious

i miiiight have to tweak a few things on their full art, since for whatever reason i keep changing little bits on meddly 💀💀💀 (indecisive much…??) (mostly their sleeves change a lot, everything else not too much tho) SORRYYYY😭😭 interknot icon and chibi are the most recent in terms of me prodding at their looks..

they r just a silly little guy who… definitely isn’t part of a mafia group; bleeding leis (hardly they just do odd jobs instead) (who is taking this faction srsly) (faction made w my friend !!) and works at dew gardening shop part time !!

and who would’ve guessed… they’re shipped w lighter.. the worst duo ever bc all they do is fumble over each other like a bunch of idiots they’re so silly i love them sorry😭 i don’t have much entirely fleshed out for them since it was mostly a for fun thing, but i’ve been trying to write stuff when an idea pops in so… yeah.

i do have a little bit of abridged lore of them on my carrd under medlight if you’re curious, but. otherwise that’s it! thanks 4 sticking around! ❤️‍🩹

EROS WALTZ

Mayor Mayflower's Annual Gala was well underway. Guests from all over New Eridu came to celebrate. Whether it was to dance, mingle or enjoy the food. The ballroom was filled and the guests where enjoying themselves.

Amidst the guests were the members of Victoria Housekeeping. Not on duty but as guest. Lycaon stood in a corner with a glass of champagne in his hand. With his keen eyes he observed the guests as they conversed and danced.

"Hiding in the corner? I didn't think you a wallflower Mr. Lycaon." Rina said as she approached the Wolf Thiren. "Merely observing the festivities." He replied.

"Indeed. And yet your eyes keep lingering back to one person."

Lycaon cleared his throat. "I have no idea of what you refer to." He lied. Throughout the night as he watched everyone mingle, his gaze always returned to the same place.

Valentine.

Amadeus Valentine, a life long friend and now fellow co-worker. Their relationship while complex was not hard to figure out. And everyone in Victoria Housekeeping knew.

Wearing a purple satin top with sheer sleeves with lavender flowers decorating his shirt, his chest and torso exposed. Black pants and shoes. Even his lashers were more elegant than normal. Valentine was casually sitting down at a table as he also observed the crowd and yet looked rather saddened. Almost as if waiting for someone who never arrived.

"Our poor Valentine. He's been waiting all night for someone to ask him to dance." Rina stated.

"He's had guests request to dance with him." Lycaon said matter-of-factly. Having witnessed said moments.

"And yet he turned them down. Perhaps he's waiting for a certain someone to ask him?" Rina said closer to Lycaon's ear, as they perked up. Rina then walked away as Lycaon keep staring at the thiren across the ballroom.

Placing the glass down on the tray of a passing waiter. He walked across the ballroom, graciously avoiding all the dancing guests, his gaze never wavering.

He stood before Valentine, one arm behind his back, the other stretched forward, inviting, as he bowed. "Val? May I have this dance?"

Valentine's eyes widened with surprise for a moment before relaxing. He gladly took Lycaon's hand with his own. "I would love to." Lycaon then led him towards the center of the dance floor just in time for the next song to begin.

The two danced the night away, their eyes never breaking their interlocked gaze. Their waltz amazed the other guests. Rina watched with a proud smile. Corin watched with amazement while Ellen recorded it on her phone. Even at a distance Hugo and Vivian watched as the blonde gave a soft smile for his old friends.

They danced and danced. The night was theirs and nothing would ruin it. Then when the final song ended. The two stood in a longing embrace.

"This is the best night I've had in a long time." Val stated as Lycaon smiled. "Me too."

I wanted to finally draw out another oc of mine. Her name is Peony and she’s a model. She came to the outer ring for a photo shoot and fell for a certain tiny lady
