What IS Beauty to you?

Is it physicality?  ‘good looking:  eyes, lips, hair, stature?

Is it your Mind?  keen perception,  a quick wit?

Is it your SOUL?  How you care for others, recognise your Oneness?

To the Dine’ BEAUTY is NOT an attribute of the person but a “Way Of Being” that is Harmonious, Balanced, Peaceful........

Can YOU give yourself a Hug? Try it!

What do you FEEL? awkward, silly, embarrassed, tearful?

This is a POWERFUL TOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can begin to TRULY LOVE yourself.and ALL of what you may see as ‘imperfections’, then you are ON THE WAY to exhibiting your BEAUTY!

BEAUTY is also LIGHT...

Of all the times in the history of this Planet we call home, NOW is the most INTENSE, IN-YOUR-FACE, UPLIFTING, UPHEAVAL TIME...EVER!!!!!

Do you FEEL “out-of-control? inundated? achey?  confused? sad? imbalanced? frustrated? YUP!

“WHY are these coming up so damn fast?” you may ask.

TO CLEAR out the Old Programs that No Longer Work for you!

For the last two months we have ALL been bombarded with Cosmic Rays from the Sun that have PUSHED us into Higher Awarenesses...

IF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are willing to “release the brakes” even just a LITTLE BIT!!!!!

SELF AND THE NATURAL WORLD

Thousands of years ago "MAN" ( used here to identify the "human species") was DEEPLY interconnected - Naure AND THE SELF - mainly in order to survive!

NATURE provided food, shelter, clothing and MAN KNEW this through his self-awareness and thought/acted accordingly - banded together to live more effectively, efficiently and safely; worked WITH Nature IN GRATITUDE, HUMILITY AND HUMBLENESS

THERE WAS BALANCE AND HARMONY and THE LIGHT GREW!

BUT.............

Then MAN started thinking with the EGO and started to see HIMSELF as BETTER THAN, MORE POWERFUL, SMARTER

MAN began to value HIMSELF MORE than Nature, believing that HE could control Nature, make it do what HE wanted!

NO MORE "Living WITH Nature"!!!!!!!!!!! CONTROL it instead!!!

HE began to create RELIGIONS based upon HIS OWN IMAGE that validated HIS POWER AND CONTROL OVER NATURE AND OTHER MEN!

HE began to create 'classes' of MEN - some HE was subservient to and some he had Power over.

HE began to create more and more false 'sensual pleasures' at the expense of Nature and of other MEN.

SOME EVEN began to "sell THEIR Souls" in search of even more.

AND THE LIGHT KEPT GETTING DIMMER...............

SO............NOW WHAT!???????

Like any seed,

You start WITHIN, you start with yourSELF

You get back in touch with your HEART AND YOUR LIGHT WITHIN

HOW?

Drop your Ego into a "parking space" in your Mind

GET Back in touch with NATURE WITH HUMILITY, NOT EGO!

GIVE YOURSELF DAILY TIME TO GO WITHIN

BE HERE NOW/BE NOW HERE" (see a few Posts ago)

Reconnect yourSELF to that which REALLY Matters:

SILENCE AND THE EARTH....

This is the last in a series on ‘Vibrations”. I strongly suggest that you scroll down and read back to the present, and if you’re new, scroll all-the-way down and read from the beginning as these Posts are somewhat sequential:)

Have you heard of the “Schumann Resonance”? It is the vibration of Mother Earth that HAS been about 7.68Hz for many years. Some Teachers have called it the “OM” of the Earth that you can actually ‘tune in to’ during deep meditation............This vibration has been pretty constant for many years......... until now......Presently, it is now over 36Hz!!!!!!!!!!This means that Mother Earth is now vibrating at a higher frequency than before (since recorded history) and all the physical bodies on Her have had to raise with Her.

What does this mean for you?

It means that old “lower vibe’ beliefs, actions, mind-sets, etc. are becoming harder to ‘keep around us’.....they are coming up out of our subconsciousness in order to be released and/or transformed The aren’t ‘who we are’ anymore!

So, if you’re finding that ‘yucky stuff’ you have believed about yourself, Life or others coming up for you, it’s a GOOD THING! You can now choose to cast it off and Transmute it!

There’s an old Biblical phrase about hiding your Light under a bushel basket...

NO CAN DO ANYMORE!

How can you ‘clear’ this old stuff? 1. Hug a tree is a good start. First, hug a tree from your right side, letting all that stuff go into the Earth and be neutralized. Then, hug the tree from your LEFT side and allow the Earth/Tree Energies to fill/heal you.2. Meditate or use a Guided Meditation you can find on Youtube...........and speaking of youtube, look into the “Solfeggio Tones”. These are frequencies that work with your mind and body to create a more Harmonious Energy within and around you. There are MANY Channels such as ‘Vortex Success’ and ‘Elke Neher’ who have videos that will assist you in your Balancing, Clearing and Transforming.

Vibrations..continued

As I have posted previously, EVERYTHING vibrates at different frequencies; the lower the frequency the denser the matter can be. For instance, a stone vibrates at a lower frequency than Light. Even words have a vibration:  A Japanese Doctor took simple water, subjected it to varying words, froze it and then studied the crystal structures formed.....different words, different crystals. He even had a group of Buddhist Monks meditate/chant next to a small lake, took samples before/after, froze them and the crystals were different. As we are over 80% water does it not make sense that if a lake can be affected, so can we?

Sounds have their own frequencies as I stated previously, some we can hear, others we cannot. YET, ALL will have a profound effect upon us either way.

Studies of various genres of music were done back in the 70′s and they found that progressive jazz can have a debilitating effect upon the listener. Possibly because of the apparent discordant beats and tones. On the other side, they found classical music to be the most uplifting. Heart rates can be manipulated as can breathing. Repetitive music can induce a trance-like state - great for meditation and deep healing. Music and Chants that have very prominent rhymes can be highly addictive. Rap Music is a good example. Some ancient religions use ‘spells’ that rhyme to increase the attention and intent.

On the more ‘sinister’ side, it was discovered that certain very famous horror movies had their soundtracks manipulated to include bees and pigs being slaughtered in order make the audience more deeply frightened.

How twisted is that? Whose to say that this is not still going on?

We are CONSTANTLY being bombarded by frequencies and sounds. IF you are someone who loves the quiet of Nature.................why? Nature ‘vibrates’ too but at a frequency that is more in tune with your natural vibrations. We are OF the Mother Earth and Father Sky so of course we will be most peacefully influenced by Nature. And realize that just because Nature is QUIET, does not mean that there are no frequencies present. Trees are a MAGNIFICENT connection to Mother Earth that you can “tap” into.

What other ways can you “TAP” into Higher and more Peaceful sounds?

1.Start to be aware of what you are listening to and watching - tv, movies etc; what are you doing with your time? Partying? Clubs” Headphones? car stereos? phones? computer? ALL of these things can either elevate your mind or depress it.......

2.Solfeggio Tones.................specific frequencies that have been found to alter your body and mind positively. There are quite a number of “Channels” on youtube where they have videos and music that will help you to elevate and even heal.

3.Here is an easy way to alter the vibrations of the liquids you drink:  simply write”High Vibration” words on the bottom of your glass or cup!: words like Love, Peace, Healing, Joy, Forgiveness, Light, Oneness, etc. I have even gone so far as to write words on my water heater..Why not? What could it hurt?:)

As the Earth’s vibration (the OM) has more than doubled in the last 5 years, does it not make perfect sense that we should be helping ourselves to elevate as well? The more “in-tune” you are with the natural vibrations of the planet you live on, it seems that the easier your Life can flow.
