been getting a lot of emails lately with questions about #bali tips. something cool about this place: they have ayurvedic spices in the dining room for each dosha. when I can remember, I sprinkle a little bit of #pitta spice and a little bit of #kapha spice on my food to bring myself into balance. not sure exactly what's happening, but it's definitely fun. ✌🏼️☺️ ps: salad for breakfast is my new favorite. pps: there are several australians here and I'm learning aussie slang words. my favorite so far is "rock up."
