Dragon Ball Zeroverse: Chapters 79-80

I’m including this in my Zeroverse posts due to a specific combo of fat, weight loss and focusing on Fat Buu and his gluttonous lifestyle.

Goku loses his ki, reducing his strength to human level. Despite this, he tries to take on a gang of criminals, who are led by a big fat man who beats Goku up with ease. Fortunately, his granddaughter Pan, brother-in-law Hercule/Satan and Fat Buu arrive. Buu’s curious and jealous of the gang leader due to him being fatter than Buu himself, even poking the man’s bulging stomach. If there’s one thing Buu can’t stand, it’s someone being fatter than him. (Pic 1)

He intimidates him into revealing his ‘secret’ - just eating a lot of whatever takes his fancy, sleeping and not moving much, which Buu is practically a master at. Buu’s annoyed and jealous by how such a simple ‘secret’ has made the guy larger than him. (Pics 2-5)

Buu, wanting to secure his position as the fattest around, blasts the gang leader with his head tentacle. Earlier in the story, he used this to turn the villain Shidi into chocolate, which he ate gluttonously. Thankfully, this doesn’t happen; instead, Buu turns the man...skinny! Very skinny, as a matter of fact. We don’t see what happens to the leader after this, I’m guessing he probably ran away from fear and confusion. (Pics 6-7)
