I got sick seeing the kastengel in my storage, so I turn it into another things. It wasn't fluffy enough like I wish, but still delicious 😅. Fluffy egg (that doesn't fluffy) . Ingredient: 1 egg . How to make: - Separate the egg yolk and whites - Shake the egg whites till expand - Mix the egg yolk when it fluffy enough - Cook for a moment, fold into half - Serve~ . . Actually it was fluffy enough when I fold it. But then I flip the egg, so... it looks like that 😂.
