Summary: Liam and the boys were at the studio recording and Liam gets angry when he can’t hit that high note.
(P.s I apologize for my shitty summary haha btw this is pure fluff nothing rated-r or pg-13 happens lol sorry :p)
“Fuck” he cursed to himself
He was searching around for clean clothes to wear, he was usually organized but this whole week he hadn’t been himself. He was late to things and his room was a complete mess. His phone rang and he was sure he knew who it was; he looked at his phone and just as he suspected
“I know!” he answered
“Why, hello to you too” Zayn said in a teasing tone
“I’m sorry I’m just mad because I woke up late again” Liam groaned
“Do you want me to go pick you up and we can be late together?” asked Zayn
“No it’s fine babe, I’m not going to make you be late too you go and let the boysknow I’ll be there soon” Liam sighed
“Okay, don’t be too late okay? I love you.” Zayn said in the sweetest way
“I’ll try not to. I love you too.” Liam said much calmer after hearing the I love you from Zayn
He hung up the phone and went back to searching for clean clothes to wear. When he finally got ready he grabbed his keys his phone and left to the studio. He took advantage of the drive there to calm himself down and prepare himself for the shit the boys were going to give him when he got there. He parked and took a deep breath before getting off reminding himself to not get mad again. Just as he suspected the first thing he got was a pointless comment from all three of them
“Look who finally decided to show up.”
“Oh look there’s the sleepy head”
“Hey! There you are mate!”
All of them except Zayn of course.
“Shut up guys, I’m not in the mood” Liam said and quickly had to remind himself again not to take out his anger on his band mates.
“Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning” Louis said
“Are we going to get started on recording or not?” Liam said finding himself getting a bit mad again
“Yes! We should get started now!” Niall said trying to ease up the tension Liam’s anger had created.
Liam looked towards where Zayn was sitting; he hadn’t said a word since Liam walked in. A small smile showed on Liam’s face when he saw Zayn looking at him with the most adorable eyes and beautiful smile. Zayn got up and walked towards Liam
“Good morning babe” he said with a bright smile
“Good morning babe, sorry for not properly saying good morning earlier” Liam said feeling bad for being so harsh with his boyfriend earlier
“It’s fine everyone has their bad days” Zayn said
“Thanks for understanding” Liam said
“Just give me a kiss and I’ll forgive you completely” Zayn said while getting closer to Liam
Liam couldn’t say no to that, he leaned in and their lips touched it was a soft kiss an apologetic kind of kiss but just when the kiss was going to get more heated and deeper Niall came in
“Guys we’re about to- Oh, I’m sorry” Niall said a small laugh coming right after
“Shut up Niall” They both said at the same time
“Okay, okay! Are you guys coming or not?” Niall says still giggling to himself
“Yes, we’re going” Liam said
Harry had just finished his part and it was Liam’s turn to go in and record his part. Liam had calmed himself down and was now in a much better mood, he was laughing with the boys while holding his boyfriends hand when Harry came out and told him it was his turn to go
“Your turn Liam” Harry said
He let go of Zayn’s hand, gave him a sweet smile and went into the booth. It’s not that it was going to take a long time or anything he just couldn’t bare being away from Zayn. He tried to focus on hitting his notes and getting his lyrics right but once again he was reminded that it was just not his day. No matter how hard he tried he couldn’t hit the damn note.
“Wait let’s try that again” He said for what felt like the 10th time
But again he couldn’t hit it
“Fuck! Okay one more time” he said
Again he just didn’t hit the note
“Fuck this!” he said throwing his headphones and accidentally knocking down the microphone, and finally storming out of the studio to go get some air
The boys were left shocked they hadn’t seen Liam this mad before and they didn’t know whether to do something about it or give him space. Zayn on the other hand knew exactly what to do, he went after him.
“Liam!” Zayn yelled
“What?!” Liam snapped at him
“Babe, please don’t be upset, tell me what’s wrong. Talk to me.” Zayn said calmly
“I’m trying not to, but everything keeps going wrong. I’ve been late to almost everything this week. I’m so disorganized, and now I can’t even sing! I sounded horrible in there!” Liam was shouting now
“Liam, baby, I promise you that you were great. I promise you that your week will get better okay? I don’t want you to be upset. Alright?” Zayn said, his voice still calm
“Okay” Liam said
“I want you to promise me!” Zayn said a bit more demanding
“I promise!” Liam said his mood a bit more lighten now
“Now give me a kiss!” Zayn said
“You’re such an idiot” Liam said with a little laugh
“But you still love me” Zayn said smiling widely
“Yes, you’re my idiot and I love you” Liam said smiling just as widely
“And I love you, forever” Zayn said leaning in closer to finally kiss his boyfriend
Oh but where is Zayn?? I bet he is cuddling with Liam while he was taking those pictures ;) and dont worry i know Harry was under the same blanket as Louis!
