Zipper Interactive Might be Getting Shut Down by Sony?

For any of you who don’t know who Zipper Interactive is, they are the creative minds behind SOCOM and Mag. Regardless of the success they had with these two games, it looks like Sony might be pulling the plug on them. Some sources over at Kotaku report that there have been some layoffs, and the cancellation of a project. All signs, at this point, are looking towards Sony shutting down the company. Read More -->

Unit 13-Zipper Interactive kündigt Vita-exklusiven Shooter an

Zipper Interactive, welche bereits Soccom entwickelten, kündigten auf dem PlayStation Vita Event den Vita-exklusiven Third-Person-Shooter Unit 13 an.

Der Third-Person-Shooter soll zeitnah mit der PS-Vita erscheinen und durch viel Action und einem schnellen Gameplay überzeugen. Zu Anfang sucht sich der Spieler einen von sechs Agenten aus und absolviert an neun unterschiedlichen Schauplätzen 36 anspruchsvolle Missionen. Dabei soll die eine große Bandbreite von Aufträgen für Abwechslung sorgen. Zusätzlich soll ein Koop-Modus mit Sprach-Chat und Online-Ranglisten für Mehrspielerspaß sorgen.
