Scorpio and Aquarius relationships are quite interesting. They’re both so similar yet so different. They’re karmic and soulmate pairings. The major issue with these two is C O N T R O L. Scorpio is notorious for being in control of relationships and if they’re not? They’ll try and force it. Very dogmatic and passionate people with quick tempers and venomous words. Aquarius on the other hand, likes to be in control of their own lives. They hate being told what to do and likes to remain calm like a steady stream. They’re quiet, observant, and calculating when hurt. Scorpio has a tendency to hurt the Aquarius with their words which Aquarius only resents. Bu unlike Scorpios, Aquarius will keep their emotions and opinions to themselves until they finally blow up. While Scorpios will feel like they made a breakthrough with the Aquarius, Aquarius will see it as the beginning to the end.
My personal issue in the past with Scorpios has been that they can be very stubborn with how they view things. Everything has to be done their way and because of that, they lack the empathy needed to see our point of view. Scorpios get a kick out of inciting emotional reactions from us. But when they don’t get that, they hit low below the belt to get that reaction. To an Aquarius, this only pushes us away because we don’t employ such tactics. We see this as emotional manipulation which is a huge No-No to us.
If you want this to work out long term, you both will have to learn to compromise. But since you contacted me and I have no way of knowing from him his stance, I will say that you can definitely win him back if you change for the better. You should have no issue with this as Scorpios are all about transformation and rebirth. So you will need to begin with yourself before you can expect anything from him. You need to address the issues that he had with you before you can have an opportunity to go back together. He needs to see a positive change in you so that he can feel safe again.
