5 New Guests Checked In
It was a nice, cool night, one that deserved to be ignored Norman's deep thoughts. Again, he started to wonder if this was even right; if it was even right to keep protecting Mother, to hide her crimes. How much could he take until he did go insane?
Oh, but you already are. If they locked me up...I wouldn't be alone there. I wouldn't be alone with the screaming, the tears. You'd be locked up some place.
A shiver ran down his spine as he tried to push Mother's words away, but 'some place' continued to ring in his head, haunt him with its white walls. Some place...A madhouse, a mental institution, it was just a nicer name for those.
His unreality was broken, yet again, by the sound of the door opening. Looking up from his thoughts, Norman answered the customer with a forced grin.
"Hey there. It's nice out tonight, isn't it? Usually it's a lot colder, but it's pretty warm for once...Anyways, uh, do you need a room?"
