I remember I watched all 110 eps in like 2 weeks, so slay me. Trope you wish they would stop using: I don’t really have a problem with anything. At least nothing comes to mind right now. One thing this show/book/film does better than others: Making things extremely and painfully realistic.Funniest moments: Yang wins the funniest guy award (seriously I mean “Alcohol is humanity’s friend, can I abandon a friend?”, “This gun is smaller and cuter”, “I’ll quit! I’ll absolutely quit”, keeps saying it and never quits, “He wants me to work more than my salary is worth!”, Julian: “I’ll make you some hot punch. You put honey and lemon in mulled wine, and mix it with hot water.” Yang: “Leave out the honey, lemon and hot water”, and many more omg), but if we’re talking about one single moment, then Kaiser Reinhard fucking blushing wins everything!!Couple you would like to see: All the canon couples are fine, this show isn’t really about romance in the first place, but I guess I could appreciate some more canon Reinhard x Hildegard but eh I’ll take what I can get (praying for a teeny tiny bit more fanservice in the remake).Actor/Actress you want to join the cast: Lol Idk…Most boring plotline: I don’t think there’s really a “boring” plotline in this show, but the least interesting one would have to be the Terraists thing, I think.Best flashback/flashforward (if any): Anything Reinhard/Kircheis/Annerose related these three idiots are life!Most layered character: Well, Reinhard has gone through the most drastic character development so I guess…Scariest moment: Eh, no such thing as a “scary” moment in this one, at least for me. (also, Reinhard’s face is a work of art I don’t care if it’s not “scenery” it should be!) Unanswered question/continuity issue/plot error that bugs you: Do you even have to get there! I didn’t find any inconsistencies in the plot itself, but there were just SO many unanswered questions at the end of it all, like what happened after Reinhard’s death? How did Hilda rule the entire universe? Was anyone like “Welp now that the mighty Kaiser’s dead I want a REVOLUTION” and basically what happened to everyone! The damn narrator kept spoiling shit throughout the entire series but the little shit said no word of the future AFTER the events of the series I am so pissed!!At what point did you fall in love with this show/book: The very last episode of the first season. Aaand I made myself sad again.
