Double whammy since we've seen other Hantengu interactions: how does Sekido feel about Otsuyu? And how wise is she to Old Man Hantengu's lies and/or embellishments? And how does Zohakuten fare with his family's shenaningans while he's studying? uwu

Sekido

Otsuyu does a good job at tutoring Zoha and is very welcome in his opinion. He doesn't even get to snap at her when the rank of Zohakuten isn't #1 within a week, because Zohakuten is his own worst criticiser. He'll double down on effort with her, nothing to complain. So, they're getting along surprisingly smoothly. She even likes to help in the kitchen when he's preparing food. Slowly but surely she's become not only a guest, but part of the household to him.

All in all, he also see's Aizetsu being smitten for her and thinks it's a good match. Sekido acknowledges her charme and see's her as wife-material - just not for him personally. Also it would really make her part of the family if she married into his family and she'd be able to look after Zohakuten the entire time, like him - lighten the burden on him as housekeeper.

Though he HATES that Karaku flirts with her, tries to distract her from her duties and tampers with Aizetsu's efforts. Otsuyu will see him snap at his brother A LOT when Karaku is around. Though both of them usually end up in Zohas stern ultimatum that they either quiet down or leave.

Hantengu

She thinks the old man is funny all in all. Unc Hantengu always has interesting stories to tell, whether it's from his youth or even recently.

Most of the time she thinks he is exaggerating, so she's definitely skeptical to his honesty, yet she plays polite since he's her employer after all and she's also a guest in his home.

When he told her about crossing the finish line first during the recent marathon run, she at first thought he was exaggerating his achievement, even believing he was only at the sidelines - but it was something she could easily look up.

Lo and behold, the old man didn't lie for once!

Ever since then she's become confused whether to believe his stories or not haha~

Zohakuten

Zoha doesn't mind when Unc Hantengu sits down to them and gives him the benefit to call for a break haha~ The boy is nearly handtame when it comes to the old man.

Towards Sekido he can be a bit more demanding. Most of the time they're on a wavelength but both are stubborn to a fault. Like Sekido won't interrupt with the studies unless Dinner is ready or they're in overtime - but when he says they're done for today: THEY'RE DONE FOR TODAY... Zohakuten disapproves and argues when he begs to differ. One time they had such a big argument, that Sekido stopped looking after him - no warm food cooked for him, didn't wake him up on time, he had to wash his own clothes and keep his own tidyness in check... He only apologised to Sekido for not valueing his hard work after Unc asked him to.

Unlike Sekido, Zohakuten can't see why Aizetsu is head over heels for his tutor - she's everything he doesn't see as attractive. Though he also wouldn't mind if she became part of the household, because then there's no time limit to his studies and he can finally convince her that Superheroes are superior to Horrorcreatures. Ah... And maybe Aizetsu would be less mopey. He thinks it's weak and pathetic how Aizetsu tries to subtly catch her interest when they study - though he easily gives up and either sits along or leaves when she doesn't give him the time of day.

Karakus and Urogis shenanigans are the worst. While Karaku tries to seduce the tutor away from her PAID DUTIES most of the time, Urogi tries to stir a party around them most of the time - eating up the time for exercises. More often than not Sekido cuts their nonsense short - but if he isn't around, Zohakuten takes it into his own hands and reprimands them until they're leaving.
