Media Day at the Philadelphia Zoo: Celebrating The Urban Green & Creatures of Habitat - I was afraid the next time I visited the Philly zoo since seeing SPLIT, it would color my delight, but I was glad to say this was not the case, the moment I got my purple Gorilla Key to the Zoo I was a kid again! Got to enjoy it with Denine aka @thebicyclechef and her son Nate. We were sad to learn the Polar Bears after 35 years have passed away, but the LEGO® sculpture (see video 2nd image) is an AMAZING tribute! Part of Creatures of Habitat: A Gazillion-Piece Animal Adventure, Presented by WSFS Bank, and created by Artist Sean Kenney. 12 amazing life-size LEGO® brick vignettes situated throughout the Zoo. We also got to hang for a luncheon at Urban Green, a new open-air, outdoor seating food marketplace and chill zone designed in partnership with Groundswell Design Group. The Urban Green offers an array of delicious options from fresh, Panini sandwiches and custom fries to craft beers & wines.
