To everyone with racial dysphoria:
I just wanted to let you know that you're really brave surviving in a body that causes you distress on a daily basis without therapy.
Shout out to the people who can't do alleviate about their racial dysphoria because they're so afraid of appropriating other cultures.
Shout out to the people who constantly think they're being racist for having racial dysphoria.
Shout out to any leftists with racial dysphoria who feel isolated from leftists or think they're going to harass/doxx/etc. you.
Shout out to the people who can't go to a therapist about racial dysphoria because they won't understand what it's like to have it.
Shout out to the people who feel like ripping their hair out because people misunderstand you as "hating your own race".
Shout out to the people who get irrationally angry from seeing people enjoying the culture you should've been apart of.
Shout out to natal poc who feel left out of trace spaces.
Shout out to people who want to harm themselves because of racial dysphoria.
You're going to get through this, you are more resilient than you think.
