Like mother like son. Not ten minutes after Henry had finally fallen asleep, Carrie had joined him, Hal’s arm around her waist practically the only thing keeping her upright. She’d been exhausted for most of the day- Hal was frankly surprised she’d had enough energy to even put Henry to bed- and she’d been leaning on him ever since they’d gotten back to STAR Labs. And now, she was snoozing against his arm, still in full Flash suit, sleeping face almost identical to her baby’s.
Well, Hal didn’t want to wake either of them, so he quietly- and carefully- lifted her into his arms, her head rested against his shoulder, and gently carried her to her own room.
