"My Soju" 29th Birthday Celeb
Everything was a whirlwind, from preparation to the party / post-party thingy. The venue (Clearwater Function Room) was only confirmed last Monday at 3pm thanks to Toni. Invites - verbal ones - were sent out. Email invite sent on Tuesday. Birthday party itself on Wednesday.... Blur, tired, and hungry (yeah!!! There were lots of food but I lost my appetite throughout the event)... But seeing old and new faces together again was all worth it. People were asking me what gift I'd like but to be honest, for them to be there was already the best gift. I felt bad I couldn't invite everyone but it was kinda hard.... What really drove me to celebrate this year was I wanted an MSP-esque gathering.. With pictures of my oppa's and self-created banners..... But since I had to cook, I didn't have time anymore to concentrate on the decor. So, it was a "My Soju" event minus the soju (hahaha) and my beloved Jay pictures.... I only got to print 1 ZaiZai picture before Toni's printer ran out of black ink! Huhu.... The birthday wall was beautifully done by Claire, Apple, Ancee, and Mai!!! I love it.. As in!!! Vudang, Toni, and Tin Tin thanks alot for helping out with the cooking and washing up then cooking again!!! Che, Vudang's friend for bringing down the food and party stuff to the venue! Gracie thanks for staying up until we packed up the for night to clean up a little and accompanying me eat!!! Thanks Don for the ice (last minute!!) and Jenn for the leche flan!!! Melinda's cheesecake was puuure heaven!! Alissa, Ems, Raeche, Drea, Peter, Nabs, Elaine, Boo, Whitewater Girls for the cake, ice cream, and wine!!! Rona, Melanee, Grace Lim, and the rest for the chips and drinks!!!!! Thanks again for everyone ... for coming and celebrating this day with me....
