What do you think of Samara Weaving as Emma Frost? Been a fan of hers since Ready or Not

I actually havent seen anything she's been in so I have no idea what to expect from her acting

I think she at least looks like Emma

Hopefully the script gives her something to do and captures her character

How would you draw the Fantastic Four in your X-Men Evolution style?

Honestly I have no idea and will probably never know because I'm not particularly interested in trying to draw them Im sorry

(also going through an X-men Evolution renaissance right now haha) I remember the first time I ever saw Inuyasha, heard Miroku, and was like- hey! That's Scott from Evolution! A few years go by, I finally find Evolution DVDs I can buy, start re-watching the series, and... there are a LOT of voice actors who were also on Inuyasha pfff

lol yeah I think a lot of the people they got to va in Evo are common dub actors I've only seen snippets of Inuyasha and never watched it while I was watching Evo so I never really picked up on that haha fun tho

(oh about the what you just finished reading post) How was the Salt Grows Heavy? I've seen it on the shelf a few times, and it looks interesting!

I really liked it honestly! its a short read but not an easy read I would say (or at least not for my little lizard brain lol) some other reviews I saw of it was like "girl put the thesaurus down!" cause yeah the author does use some odd word choices but I saw someone else point out that the pov is from the mermaid so it could make sense for her to speak/think the way she does

I would recommended it tho (just maybe have your phone handy to look up words like I did lol) I really liked the ending tho and am still thinking about the characters days after finishing it

I love every time somebody talks about the differences between Pokemon/DigiMon; same basic concept, but THESE critters get Guns and Boobs. You thought this caterpillar was gonna turn into a butterfly? Well yes, but it is a Booby Butterfly. See this little bunny rabbit? So, we're gonna call it a Terrier for some reason, and now it has Gun Hands. Here's what appears to be a buff guy in a VERY tight body-suit that makes him look like a monkey. He inexplicably acts like Elvis. Also, lots of these that aren't angels turn into angels, and are specifically the multi-winged body-horror kinds of angels. Occasionally with Guns and Boobs. Amazing

it's kinda wild how like at their core they are similar ideas but so wildly different lol

Pokemon at least follows some rules to evolution and making sense

Meanwhile Digimon is just like "fuck it what if this critter became a human and we gave it a gun!" it makes trying to follow Digimon lines so complicated haha
