Realized I basically don’t have anything about Zzkt here on tumblr, so! Figured I’d cross-post this from deviantART. This was going to be an Easter comic, a few years back, but I never got any further than this page. Maybe I should come back and finish it some day. I think it’d be another good, short project to see if I like doing comics now that I have a bit more stamina for art projects than I did for a few years there.

Zzkt’s the fluffy brown alien, and Askay is the kid he’s babysitting. You can find out more about these characters in the folder for the Convergence Station setting over on deviantART.

Send me a ⅀ and I’ll explain one of my characters’ backstories really badly.

“Listen, I designed this place, I’m darned well going to live in it.” Space station engineer finagles residential rights into his contract, retires early to live on said station. Spends the first few months babysitting a friend’s kleptomaniac kid and killing would-be kidnappers. What’s an arm and a leg a stomach and a lung and several years’ house arrest in the face of your found family’s safety?
