Mun helppo linssikeitto vaan paranee. Ei palanut linssejä pohjaan tällä kertaa.

1-2 porkkanaa

1-2 sipulia

2-3 valkosipulin kynttä.

2 purkkia Lidlin Tomaatti pastakastiketta (Käytän basilika, Napoli voisi kans sopia)

2dl punaisia linssejä.

Sauvasekoitin

(Leipää tarjoilua varten)

Pilko ja paista porkkana, sipuli, ja valkosipuli. Paista kunnes pehmeitä.

Lisää tomaattikastikkeet. Laita tomaattikastike purkkiin vähän vettä. Sulje kansi (tarkista että on kiinni) ja ravistele niin että tomaattisoosin jämät irtoaa.

Lisää tomaatti vesi.

Lisää linssit.

Mikäli keitto on paksua lisää vettä. Keiton tulee kiehua mutta ei poksua niin että keittiö näyttää verilöylyn jäljiltä.

Laita kello soimaan 15min päästä.

Sekoita hitaasti jotta ei pala pohjaan. Lisää vettä tarvittaessa.

Ota pois lämmöltä ja anna jäähtyä hetki. Soseuta sauvasekoittimella.

Tarjoile leivän kanssa.

Ite teen lämpimiävoileipiä uunissa joissa punaista pestoa ja mozzarellaa.

Uuni 200C (tai 175C). Leikkaan vaalean leivän siivuiksi tai käytän paahtoleipää. Päälle noin 1tl punaista pestoa. Jaan mozzarella pallon leipien päälle ja toivon että riittää.

Unohdan leivät uuniin. Tarkistan heti kun muistan. Ei vielä palanut, mutta suosittelen reseptiä.

My brain for whatever reason just very easily bends around weird concepts. idk if it’s from reading surrealism so much or the adhd or being stuck on tumblr for too long or whatever but so often someone will be like “wow that is so weird how do they come up with that” and it’s just like pretty standard absurdist humor or something and I’m like idk they were probably just staring at a wall and wondered what would happen if you nailed a tomato to it don’t we all do that

We have a far side calendar in the kitchen and so often my dad looks at it and is like “how do you come up with that” and I’m like “idk dude it’s someone getting stuck inside a piano isn’t that normal cartoon logic” but apparently not

I don’t know in what way my brain is broken but basically I look at lovecraftian horrors in the face and go “yeah that makes sense” and keep sipping my coffee and I just don’t get why that’s so difficult

Im so tired of Animalcrossing New Horizons and am considering getting back to New Leaf, but cant decide if I should restart the town or just jump back in, its been a few years
