A properly rubbish @TrainAsOne sprintervals session today! Could not hit my fast pace at all 😕 On the plus side at least my @garminuk Fenix 3 HR measures things like cadence to at least show that I was trying! Sometimes it's hard to train according to your plan, you might be under the weather, tired or just not feeling it but the key is to get out there and try because at least if you try to hit the right pace you'll still see the benefit in the long run (fingers crossed anyway!) I also balanced my speed out with a @yogaiaofficial Happy Hamstrings class to keep my legs in tip top condition. Woohoo 🙌 fitness continues & we're almost half way through the month! Long may it last 😄 I kicked off the day with 2 live @yogaiaofficial classes, these were perfect for unlocking my tight shoulders and hips (from all the press-ups and squats). A walk helped clear my head after a busy day at work too. Hopefully my #fabletics21 meditation late will help empty the rest of it out!
